Microsanj Open House

Join us the evening before our Semi-Therm workshop for an interactive showcase of Microsanj’s transient thermoreflectance systems, IR/OpenTEST platform demonstrations, with hands-on stations staffed by Microsanj experts and partner MPI. The Open House includes a special talk by Dr. Ali Shakouri on “Nanoscale Thermal Transport and Characterization for Heterogeneous Integration,” themed discussion corners on GaN/WBG power,3DHI packaging, and RF/mmWave/THz, and light refreshments.
