Microsanj & eV-Technologies: A Synergistic Partnership

Recognizing the synergies between Microsanj and its advanced thermal imaging solutions and the novel development of spin-crossOver materials undertaken by eV-Technologies, the two companies have forged a strategic partnership. The formalized relationship between Microsanj LLC and eV Technologies enables the creation of disruptive instrumentation for Smart Thermal-Sensing of DC, RF, microwave, mm-Wave, and Optics devices and sub-systems for OTA-Testing of Chip-Package-PCB-Antenna with sub-micron resolution. The joint development work provides a means to bridge electromagnetic field intensity with a thermal imaging map to enable thermal-imaging-based industrial testing and failure analysis at the module level. This disruptive instrumentation is referenced as emSCOPE™.

Solution for Wafer-Level Thermal Imaging

The Microsanj EZ-THERM EZ510-MPI Controller is designed to interface with the MPI iMAG® SANJ1 digital optical head an MPI Automatic or Manual Probe Station to support high-resolution wafer-level thermal testing. The iMAG SANJ digital optical head is configured with a high-performance CMOS sensor-driven and managed by the Microsanj EZ-THERM EZ510-MPI Controller. This Microsanj/MPI Corporation partnership provides a unique thermal analysis system for wafer-level testing with the temporal, spatial, and thermal resolution benefits supported by the thermoreflectance technique combined with infrared imaging. The embedded time-proven SanjVIEW™ software supports system management with a user-friendly interface.
