European Microwave 2023 Recap

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at the EuMW 2023. We participated in two live demos in two different booths with MPI-Corporation AST,  ATV Systems, and eV-Technologies.

The EUROPEAN MICROWAVE WEEK provided the opportunity to learn about:

• Optical Pump-Probing is an alternative for heating the device under test to assess the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of thin films.
• Our upgrade option is to achieve a 500 picoseconds transient response for added flexibility with the analysis of multilayer structures.
• Our emSCOPE™ system uses a spin-crossover material in partnership with eV-Technologies for the measurement of electromagnetic fields for the analysis of Antennas-in-Package (AiP), Antennas-on-Chip (AoC), and many other Front-end-Modules (FEM). This other-the-air (OTA) holistic technique has the potential to revolutionize the approaches used for antenna analysis.
• Our partnership with MPI Corporation supports high-resolution wafer-level thermal testing for high-resolution failure analysis, defect mapping, and wafer uniformity assessment.
