Recognizing the synergies between Microsanj and its advanced thermal imaging solutions and the novel development of spin-crossOver materials undertaken by eV Technologies, the two companies have forged a strategic partnership. The formalized relationship between Microsanj LLC and eV Technologies enables the creation of disruptive instrumentation for Smart Thermal-Sensing of DC, RF, microwave, mm-Wave, and Optics devices and sub-systems for OTA-Testing of Chip-Package-PCB-Antenna with sub-micron resolution. The joint development work provides a means to bridge electromagnetic field intensity with a thermal imaging map to enable thermal-imaging-based industrial testing and failure analysis at the module level. This disruptive instrumentation is referenced as emSCOPE™.
